Run as a group along a variety of routes of 5-6 miles, with everyone running at their own pace, and faster runners looping back to re-join the group at the back. This allows you to train hard if you want to or just take it steady and stay with the group. These runs are very social as we try to run as a group, so you meet and chat with other members while running. Please note that as these runs are intended to be an hour duration, in order to enjoy your run, you should be capable of running at least 6 miles in about an hour, or slightly more. Occasionally runs will be longer depending on the route chosen.
